✨ The Recipe ✨

🍋 Lemon Essential Oil Equal parts — cleansing and refreshing - 5-10 drops

💜 Lavender Essential Oil Equal parts — soothing and calming - 5-10 drops

🌿 Peppermint Essential Oil Equal parts — cooling and refreshing 5-10 drops

🥥 Fractionated Coconut Oil Top off your roller bottle — your carrier oil

🧴 A Roller Bottle 10ml is perfect for this blend - I use 10 drops of each for a 10 mL roller bottle!

How to Make It

1 Add equal parts Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint to your roller bottle. A good starting point is about 5 to 10 drops of each.

2 Top the bottle off with Fractionated Coconut Oil, leaving just a little room at the top.

3 Pop the roller ball on, give it a gentle shake, and you are done!

Where to Apply It 🙌

👁️ Under and around your eyes for that itchy, watery feeling - not too close though! Peppermint will burn!

👂 Behind your ears and down your neck

👃 Across the bridge of your nose and on your cheekbones

🫁 On your chest for that scratchy throat feeling
